WHAT IS A GUARDIAN HOME?
Welcome to our Guardian Program. This program plays a vital role in expanding our breeding program while ensuring our dogs continue to receive the love, attention and care they deserve and need to flourish.
Approved guardian homes will receive a high-quality, first pick puppy of breeders choice at no purchase cost. While the puppy becomes a member of your family, we maintain ownership and breeding rights for a certain number of litters or stud years.
Once the dogs breeding career is complete Sweeter than Honey Doodles will pay to have them spayed/neutered. Full ownership would then be transferred to guardian home and dog will live the rest of their lives with you.

Must live within within 1 hour of area code 27870.

Have a fenced in yard to give our dogs the optimal room to run and play.

Must have excellent communication skills

Must be willing to train and socialize puppy. We require at least one basic training class to establish a good foundation. Incentives are given if puppy goes through Intermediate courses and on to Canine Good Citizen.

Must maintain a regular grooming routine every 6-8 weeks to ensure a clean, well kept coat and provide puppy with a high-quality dog food.

Be willing to cover normal, routine, vet visits. Breeder will cover all breeding-related expenses.

No other intact dogs may be inside the home

Share photos/videos with us. We love to watch our babies grow.
